As will be explained in this letter, it is absolutely essential to ban Sharia Law and pass the Constitutional Amendment: Declaration of the Equality of Women, Declaration of the Universal Rights and Freedoms of A God of Moral Perfection and Defense of America; Democracy and Freedom Act.  There can be no Islam without Sharia Law to brutally terrorize Muslim women and kafirs.  Without Sharia - Islam will eventually implode.    

 CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT: UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF TOTAL EQUALITY OF WOMEN TO BE ADOPTED BY ALL NATIONS OR BE EXPELLED FROM THE UN

Your party must become the champion of the total and complete equality of ALL women to be enshrined in the Constitutional Amendment: Universal Declaration of Total Equality of Women. You must become the champion of defending Muslim women and children.  We are not in conflict with Muslim women.  They are the property of their men and enslaved by Islam.  Your party must fight for their equal human rights and dignity. 

The hard won rights of women are under assault throughout the Western world by Sharia Law. The Parliament of the Netherlands must protect the rights and freedoms of women and ensure that all schools teach the fundamental democratic rights of female equality to every student.  Muslim women need to be granted full protection of the constitution, rule of law and taught that the Quranic teachings of the subjugation/ inequality of Muslim women and the raping /enslavement of kafir women are not the word of God but the evil teachings of Muhammad. 

 In this struggle, women are key to winning and therefore in the DEFENSE OF NETHERLANDS DEMOCRACY AND FREEDOM ACT, women’s rights must be placed front and center and enshrined in The Universal Declaration of Total Equality of Women that would form an integral part of the Democracy and Freedom Act.  This Universal Declaration would be enshrined in a CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT to the Dutch constitution.  (I have attached a copy of this Constitutional Amendment to the end of this letter.) The full and complete equality of women to be declared.  This Constitutional Amendment must state that women have the full right to equal education, the right to leave their home unaccompanied by a family male escort, drive a vehicle, freely choose their own husbands, deny sex to their husbands etc.  In short, ALL tenets of Sharia Law denying women their basic humanity need to be stated in this document – each one listed with the declaration that women have their democratic freedoms as the force of Constitutional law.  (There is a partial listing of Sharia Law at the end of this letter.  For a complete understanding read page xxix and Chapters 42 to 45.) If these Constitutional rights are violated, women can seek legal redress and enforce the law thru a legal remedy called a felony epically forced sex which is felony rape.  All Muslim women and children are not second class citizens and MUST be guarantied full protection of the law.  

The Universal Declaration of Total Equality of Women would be presented also to the EU Parliament in Brussels and the UN in New York.  I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT DEFENSE OF NETHERLANDS DEMOCRACY AND FREEDOM ACT with the accompanying CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT: UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF TOTAL EQUALITY OF WOMEN and the LAW BANNING SHARIA LAW be placed via REFERENDUM for approval by the Dutch electorate.  Have 3 pieces of legislation to be approved in one referendum.  TIME TO MAKE DER SPIEGEL EAT ITS WORDS.

BAN SHARIA LAW

 In Chapter 2, it is demonstrated that under Sharia law, all kafirs (non-believers in Islam) are second class citizens. Women can be beaten and slavery is allowed. Sharia law as the divine Law of God – the Constitution of God and can never be reformed. It is the long term goal of Islam to replace the all democratic Constitutions with Sharia, since it contradicts Islam. For that matter, democracy violates Sharia law. Democracy assumes equality of all peoples. Islam teaches that a Muslim is a better person than kafirs and that the kafirs should submit to Islam. But in voting, a Muslim's vote is equal to a kafir's vote. This violates Islamic law, since a Muslim and a kafir are never equal.

There is no separation between the religious and the political in Islam; rather Islam and Sharia constitute a comprehensive means of ordering society at every level.  Any meaningful application of Sharia is going to look very different from anything resembling a free or open society in the Western sense. The stoning of adulterers, execution of apostates and blasphemers, slavery, repression of other religions, and a mandatory hostility toward non-Islamic nations punctuated by regular warfare will be the norm. It seems fair then to classify Islam and its Sharia code as a form of totalitarianism.

Central to the Defense of Netherlands Act, a declaration that the Constitution is the highest law authority in the country and Sharia law courts to be made illegal. This means banning totally and completely all Sharia Law courts without any exceptions.  Slavery and oppression of women are central to Sharia.  Your Parliament will be stating that We -The People stand for the dignity, equality and freedom of every human being, every race, and every woman - that the Netherlands stands against slavery, stands against degradation of women, believes in the equality of all mankind, and for human rights. The banning of Sharia will stand as a beacon for freedom and will give leadership and support to the democracies of Europe which are being rapidly Islamized.      

By this action you will define your party as the party of Democracy and Freedom.  You are the defender of human rights and women's rights.    If the other political parties refuse to ban Sharia Law then they are the defenders of Islamic totalitarianism. They stand against the constitution.  They stand against democracy and freedom.  They stand against religious freedom.  They stand against women’s rights, gay rights, rights of Muslims to leave Islam, and stand for right of Muslims to own and trade in slaves. 

SEIZE MOSQUES FROM RADICAL FUNDAMENTALISTS (NOT TRUE MUSLEMS) AND GIVE TO MODERATE, GOOD, MORAL MUSLIMS (THE TRUE MUSLIMS)

Once the above declarations have been proclaimed in Parliament by your party, then you will start a debate on the Koran by calling on all Muslims to declare that the Koran is not the word of God and asking them to prove that Islam is a true religion of peace and they are good, true, peaceful Muslims by renouncing, denouncing and removing from the Koran the 4,000 verses of extermination, murder, hate, terror, torture, rape, slavery etc that are not Moral Perfection. You ask Muslims to take the 4 pillars of Islam namely: establishment of the daily prayers; concern for and almsgiving to the needy; self-purification through fasting one month per year (Ramadan), pilgrimage to Mecca once in a lifetime (Hajj) for those who are able and adopt the Declaration and Teachings of a God of Moral Perfection (see chapter 1) - that Only a God of Moral Perfection is God.  In this way, Islam will become a religion of Moral Perfection worshipping a God of Moral Perfection.

If Muslims refuse to make this declaration that the Koran is not the word of God, then call on Parliament to inform Muslims that they must obey the law and Constitution and if they preach violence and hate in their mosques, then these mosques will be shut down. 

Lets us play the politically correct game.  You must form an alliance with and become the defender of the good, moral, moderate, peaceful Muslims - the true Muslims. You must aid the true, moderate Muslims who worship the good, moral Islam of peace.  As defender of the true Islam, you must ban Sharia Law since the radical fundamentalist Muslims (not true Muslims) are using it as justification to kill, conquer and enslave kafir nations and no good, moral, moderate, Muslim man could ever support the evil barbarism of Sharia Law and be a good, moral, moderate human being. You shut down any mosque where these radical, fundamentalist Muslim men are misinterpreting the Quran and are preaching the teachings 9.5, 9.29. 9.111 etc and acting on these teachings by encouraging Muslims to terrorize and murder kafirs in the name of the AntiGod Allah.  Since no good, moral, moderate Muslim man can ever believe in these evil quranic teachings of the sub-humanness of kafirs who can be murdered, raped, tortured, robbed, enslaved, etc. as divine, holy acts guaranteeing accession to Paradise and remain a good, moral, moderate human being then these true Muslims will gather in the streets by the millions supporting your actions.  But wait a moment – as soon as a Muslim man rejects Sharia Law and just one word of the Quran let alone 4,000 evil teachings he is no longer a good, moral, moderate Muslim man but only a good, moral, moderate human being who has rejected Islam becoming an apostate and must be murdered by the good, moral, moderate Muslim men who are the true Muslims believing unequivocally in Sharia Law and the Quran. 

Bring before Parliament an order declaring that the Defence of Netherlands Act be taught in every class, in every school, every year and again young women taught their rights and freedoms as citizens and young men taught these same rights and freedoms so they understand that women are completely equal. 

 As stated previously, the message to Muslims must be very clear.  We don’t care if you pray 5 times a day or 24 times a day.  We don’t care about Ramadan or the Hajj.  We value our democracy and freedom and will fight against Sharia Law and the Quran.  You are not us and we will no later tolerate Islam but will treat it with the distain it deserves and will legally move against it to protect our democracy and freedom.

 REVERSE YOUR PARTIES BAN ON HEADSCARFS AND BURKAS

I would recommend that you reverse your party’s policy of banning headscarfs and burkas.  Headscarfs are not Islam. We are not fighting Muslim women. We are not fighting headscarfs.  With this headscarf policy, you have placed yourself not in the political center but on the far right.  Your opponents are defining you as denying women their democratic rights.  As one Muslim woman declared on Euro News “My headscarf is my freedom.”  You need to drop this headscarf policy.  ALL Muslim women have the democratic right to dress in public as they wish provided it is a decision made of their own free will. Indeed, in Canada women have the legal right to walk bare breasted.  Women have the right to wear burkas EXCEPT for security concerns.  You have every right to seek to ban wearing burkas WHEREEVER SECURITY DEMANDS IT.  But only for security reasons. Not because you don’t like it.  

ISLAM IS ALL ABOUT THE KORAN AND SHARIA LAW: THE HADITH AND SIRA   

Don’t waste your party’s time banning headscarfs.  Move to the center and ban Sharia Law.  This is the first step in destroying Islam.  Once the Democracy and Freedom Act is ready, you call upon all other parties to proclaim the Democracy and Freedom Act:  declare with pride - the democracy that the Netherlands has built.  A society of freedom and justice.  A society of equality where all are equal.  Again, you call on all political parties to AFFIRM THAT THE CONSTITUTION OF THE NETHERLANDS IS THE ONLY SOURCE OF LAW CODE AND YOU CALL ON THEM TO BAN SHARIA LAW.

HISTORCIAL DECLARATION OF UNIVERSAL RELIGIOUS RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS OF A GOD OF MORAL PERFECTION (Chapter 1, 3, 4)

GOD IS NOT A CRIMINAL

Only a God of Moral Perfection is God.  God is not a criminal.   By declaring that your party supports the Declaration of Universal Religious Rights and Freedoms of A God of Moral Perfection, you will own the political center.   Only by declaring that God is Moral Perfection can Islam be defeated.  If we do not declare that only a God of Moral Perfection is God, Islam will conquer the world. 

Allah is not Moral Perfection and therefore is the AntiGod of the Muslims. Sharia Law is not Moral Perfection and therefore not the constitution of God. The Quran being not a book of Moral Perfection was never written by God; not one word and therefore Islam is fraudulent. The Declaration of A God of Moral Perfection will destroy Allah (theAntiGod) and Islam.   It will be as historic as Martin Luther nailing his 95 thesis on October 31, 1517 to the church door at Wittenberg, in Saxony, Germany.

DO NOT BAN THE KORAN

By proposing to ban the Koran, your party is again defining itself on the far right fringe of society and invoking images of book burnings by the Nazis. The banning of any book no matter how atrocious it may be is undemocratic and criminal.  

 BAN THE KORAN FROM PRISONS

How can this evil, criminal book be taught in prison to criminals.  Move an act of Parliament to ban the Koran from prison.

BAN STEALTH JIHAD

Your Parliament needs to pass laws inoculating  businesses from lawsuits for refusing to acquiesce to Muslim demands such as praying 5 times a day while at work, establishing prayer rooms, firing Muslims for refusing to transport via taxis blind people with seeing eye dogs, or people transporting alcoholic beverages, not allowing Muslim women to wear head scarfs etc. There can be no showing of any respect for Islam.  No inviting Muslims to pray at political or any other events.  No dinners celebrating Ramadan.

FREEDOM OF SPEECH: BAN – BANNING OF SPEECH CONDEMNING ISLAM: LAW MAKING STEALTH CENSURESHIP ILLEGAL

Incredibility the US is co-sponsoring a resolution at the UN with Egypt making criticism of religion a hate speech crime. This is a direct threat to the US First Amendment protecting free speech. It is designed to protect Islam/Quran. Throughout the Netherlands, stealth censorship is shutting down speech condemning Islam.  This denies the Dutch people their right to hear the truth of the threat that Islam represents to their way of life. Parliament must end this censorship.  Parliament must ban - the banning of speech critical of Islam. This includes websites exposing Islam forced to shut down.  Books displaying the truth of Islam not allowed to be published or distributed. Universities refusing to allow speakers critical of Islam to exercise their right of free speech by barring them entrance after being invited by conservative student groups. TV programs refusing to invite guests exposing the danger of Islam. Advertisers cancelling their sponsorships when a guest exposes the truth about Islam on either TV or radio and Muslim organizations demand advertisers cancel.  Without sponsorship these programs will be unable to function. Through these tactics, Islam has a dictatorial grip on all organs of communication.  A perfect media dictatorship imposed without force.  You must call on Parliament to make these actions illegal 

 As a free people, you and all Dutch have the full right to examine and condemn any thought, ideology, religion, person, books etc.  However the exercise of this great freedom ends with any call to violence or speech that denigrates any person. If a student group invites someone to give a speech at a university condemning Islam – the university must allow this speech.  If a website condemns Islam it cannot be shut down.  Letters to editors or blogs criticizing Islam cannot be erased.  Publishing firms cannot refuse to print books exposing Islam that are of printable quality.  Distribution firms including internet websites cannot refuse to post on their sites such books or distribute them.  TV/radio must allow airtime to noted guest experts on Islam.  Advertisers cannot cancel their sponsorship under threat of a boycott... Parliament must pass an anti-stealth censorship law forcing individuals/corporations to respect free speech.  By passing such a law, Stealth Censorship can be broken.  All citizens have the full right under the constitution and indeed the democratic responsibility to intellectually attack Islam and save freedom and democracy.        

FREEDOM OF RELIGION

 One of our greatest freedoms guaranteed by your constitution is freedom of religion.  However this great freedom of religious belief does not allow the establishment of a state religion, human sacrifice, honor killing, murdering apostates, dhimmitude for Christians and Jews, raping and then slavery of kafir women and children, subjugation and repression of women, extermination of unbelievers, killing those who condemn Islamic teachings, destroying the constitution and with it freedom and democracy by implementing Sharia Law.  The Quran is nothing more then a book of ritualistic human sacrifice to please Allah and guarantee accession to Paradise.  Beheading of unbelievers, flying planes into their cities, bombing their subways, gunning them down is ritualized murder - human sacrifice to the greater glory of God.  Osama bin Laden is a good Muslim following exactly the teachings of the Quran and the divine example of Muhammad.

TEACHING ISLAM TO CHILDREN IS CHILD ABUSE

As a free person living in a free society I do not have the right to raise my children to hate non-believers in my religion, and teach them that these nonbelievers are subhuman’s who must be killed. In order to comprehend the psychological damage done to Muslim children read Chapter 21 – “Teaching Children Islam Is Child Abuse” 

I do not have the right to teach my child that blacks are subhuman’s who can be tortured and murdered.  I do not have the right to name my child Adolf.  I can be arrested for these abusive acts and my children taken from me.  I do not have the religious right to deny my children medical treatment because my religion declares that such treatment is against God.  If my child dies or is seriously injured because I refused to give proper medical care I will be charged with murder/man slaughter.  I do not have the right to teach my child that Jews are pigs and apes, nonbelievers are subhumans and my daughter is an inferior, shameful creature.

Teaching Islam to children is child abuse and must be banned. 

STOP TURKEY FROM JOINING EU: The 36^th CHAPTER

It is absolutely imperative that Turkey not be allowed to join the EU.  Your Party must stand in the Dutch Parliament and declare: We are  here today to announce to this body that our party supports Turkey joining the EU provided Turkey completes not only the required 35 chapters but also a 36^th chapter.

All of Europe will be absolutely shocked.  When your party stands there and declares the 36^th Chapter (from book Chapter 33):  that Turkey must declare that the Quran is not the divine, timeless word of God – that God never wrote one word of the Quran.  That Turkey must enact 17 changes to the Quran removing all the teachings of extermination, torture, terror, hate, inequality of women, kafirs etc – pardon my French but all hell will break loose.

The 36^th chapter gives opponents of Islam very important intellectual and moral support.  It gives them a rallying cry to stand against Islam and explain to the people of Europe, the very grave danger Islam poses to their respective countries.  Again, it is not good enough to tell Turkey it cannot join because it is not a European country.  This is a cop out.  The 36^th chapter will provide the intellectual and moral foundation for refusing membership.  It will shock and enrage Erdogan/Gu.  It will block Turkey dead in its tracks.

BAN MUSLIM IMMIGRATION

Islam is not a wonderful religion of peace and love that has been hi - jacked and perverted by a few bad apples of evil Islamo - Fascists, Islamic militants, Islamic Fundamentalists, jihadists, Wahhabists, radical Islamists, political Islamists etc. There has been no hijacking.  There has been no perversion. There is no moderate Islam. There is no radical Islam. Islam is Islam. These demented souls are following EXACTLY the teachings of the Quran and in the divine footsteps of the prophet Muhammad as described in the Hadith.

All Muslim men must believe that the Koran is the divine, timeless word of God and can never be changed.  If a Muslim questions just one word of the Koran, he is no longer a Muslim but a kafir and must be killed.  Therefore there are no moderate Muslims because to be a moderate you MUST declare that kafirs are human beings who cannot be murdered, tortured or terrorized but as soon as a Muslim makes this statement he is no longer a Muslim.  Therefore there are no moderate Muslims.  There are only Muslims.  Immigration is allowing a well organized people who seek to conquer their host nations and peoples in the name of Allah infiltrate inside the Trojan horse of political correctness.  ALL immigration of Muslims MUST be banned as a paramount national security issue. 

BAN ISLAM

 Islam is a totalitarian ideology far worse then Communism or Nazism.  Question that must be asked – Can a well organized group that seeks to over throw the democratic state, abolish its constitution and employs violence as a political tool of intimidation and fear to impose a totalitarian dictatorship be allowed to freely function as the Brown and Black shirts were allowed to function in Germany leading to the disaster of Hitler and total destruction of World War 2? This is not a step that I endorse.  It would be a draconian measure of the last, last, last resort to save freedom and democracy.  

We need to reach out to Muslims with the pure love of Moral Perfection.   However AT NO TIME CAN VIOLENCE BE DIRECTED AT MUSLIMS.  We cannot attack Muslims or discriminate against them as these acts would violate the teachings of a God of Moral Perfection. We cannot preach Verse 5:33 “The only reward of Muslims who make war upon the Netherlands and strive after corruption in the land of Holland will be that they will be killed or crucified, or have their hands and feet on alternate sides cut off.” 

The West is not at war with Muslims. They were the first victims of the AntiGod and Muhammad. The West will not land troops in Saudi Arabia and threaten the destruction by nuclear weapons of Mecca, Medina etc unless Muslims convert to Christianity or agree to pay a submission tax as per Verse 9:29 or be nuked.  Again, don’t oppose the head covering of Muslim women if they are wearing it of their own free will.  This is a phony issue.  Muslim women have every right to dress whatever way they want provided it is of their own free will.  

 We must launch an intellectual jihad against the Quran. This book is the inspiration and religious justification for Muslim men to kill. French President Sarkozy got it backwards when he stated that women wearing the burka were the issue not Islam.  Dear Mr. President, Islam is the issue.  Dear Mr. President - the Quran is the issue. Again – IT’S ALL ABOUT ISLAM STUPID KAFIR PRESIDENT SARKOZY. IT’S ALL ABOUT THE QURAN STUPID KAFIR PRESIDENT SARKOZY.  As already stated countless times in this letter, the Quran is not the teachings of a God of Moral Perfection and therefore it is a fraudulent book of mass evil, of mass murder and Islam is fraudulent. We don’t care if Muslims pray 5 times a day or 24 times a day, fast one month or 12 months a year, go on pilgrimage once in a lifetime or a dozen times.  But this book and the evil ideology of Islam must be totally ostracized by the West.  Ostracization of Islam from society not it’s inclusion.  You cannot accommodate, cater to, coexist with evil in a free society otherwise The Evil will overpower and conquer The Good.

Intolerance can never be tolerated in a free and democratic society.  Those who preach religion and refuse to accept democratic rights and freedoms, the teachings of a God of pure love, mercy, peace, and non violent perfection - A God of Moral Perfection must be rejected and cased out into the darkness.

 It was Ronald Reagan by refusing to grant the Soviet Union and Communism - RESPECT when he stated -The Soviet Union was an evil empire and YOU ARE NOT US – that lead directly to the defeat and collapse of this very evil empire. We must follow Reagan’s example and SHOW ISLAM NO RESPECT but treat it with the distain that this evil ideology of slavery, rape, brutality, extermination, terror, torture, looting and murder deserves.  This means declaring that Islam is not a religion and we are no longer prepared to accept it as a religion. We must declare that we reject Islam, the Quran and Muhammad.  YOU ARE NOT US - that there is absolutely no moral equivalency between Christianity/Judaism and Islam.

Tonight, Western Civilization is under assault not only from Islam but also from it’s own political, religious, intellectual, media elites who are demonizing Jesus, Christianity, Judaism, in an attempt to expunge all vestiges of what made the West – the West from our free societies and allying themselves with this very great evil. They are coating themselves in this evil and driving the Islamization of the West. These elites are utilizing the Rule of Law to impose Sharia Law as the Rule of Law.  

WE MUST REJECT ISLAM WITHOUT EQUIVOCATION JUST AS OUR FATHERS REJECTED HITLER AND NAZISM WITHOUT EQUIVOCATION.

NOTHING LESS THAN THE SURVIVAL OF OUR FREE SOCIETY AND OUR SURVIVAL AS A SPECIES ARE AT STAKE.
